REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective product. Customers must report any issues within 7 days of delivery along with order details and clear photos/videos of the product. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
